- About Us
THIS IS HAWKINS.
Since 1922, our expectations have been clear: Do the work right, stand behind the outcome, and build relationships that last — no matter what. This standard applies to every project we take on and continues to define us today.
“No obstacle is too great. For us, it’s always forward.”Chris HawkinsPresident/CEO

Company History
OWNERSHIP THAT ENDURES.
Growth at Hawkins has never been reactive. Each generation has expanded the company through structured preparation — strengthening technical capability while preserving the values that built it.
Today, Hawkins remains privately held and managed by the fourth generation. We answer to our name, not shareholders. That allows us to reinvest in our people, equipment, and safety programs while maintaining the financial strength and independence that keep the company stable across our long-term vision.
Family ownership here isn’t branding — it’s our commitment to being built to last.
Community
RESPONSIBILITY BEYOND THE JOBSITE.
What we build is not simply another feather in our cap. It becomes part of the long-term strength in the communities we serve. And we take that responsibility seriously.
Our community efforts focus on education, environmental stewardship, and poverty reduction — areas where long-term support creates meaningful impact.
We approach community involvement the same way we approach our work: intentionally, consistently, and with a commitment to partnerships that deliver lasting results.
Leadership Overview
Hawkins is led by an experienced executive team with deep industry knowledge and long-term commitment to the company and its people.
